Transformers: The Ride-3D Ride Overview

Megatron is after the AllSpark and Optimus Prime needs the help of brave freedom fighters like you to save Earth from his rule. Board Evac and battle your way through the clash between Autobots and Decepticons as you try to protect the AllSpark on Transformers: The Ride-3D.

This dark ride combines 3-D screen animations with practical effects including water and fire. It also features the same ride system as The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Best Time to Ride: For the shortest wait, ride during the first 30 minutes after the park opens or the last two hours before the park closes. Also, the wait time usually peaks around late morning, since the ride is located at the front of the park.

Best Seats in the House: All seats offer a similar ride experience and riders will be assigned a seat by an attraction attendant.

  • The ride has two levels and most of the ride takes place on the upper level. During two specific scenes, riders are slowly elevated up or down. It’s hard to notice unless you look out for it specifically!
  • During the ride, guests encounter 15 different Autobots and Decepticons.
